D Plus – is a Patient Management System, specifically designed to meet the requirements of Ayurvedic doctors. It is a giant step towards bringing Ayurvedic Community at par with Modern medicine and encouraging doctors to adopt scientific documentation.
It is an Android based application which can be installed in your laptop or downloaded in your mobile. It is a one stop shop for all your management needs of documentation and filing. Some of the features are, recording of patient history, tracking or fixing appointments and provision to upload investigative files of the patient. This makes it easy for making or accepting referrals from other doctors and transferring data without too much trouble to the patient. It also means that you have patient history at your fingertips at all times and can be consulted by the patient even if you are away from your hospital or clinic. This increases his confidence in you and the patient will not feel the need to approach another doctor.
The application will be loaded with a list of prescribed medicines. However, at your request, we can customize the list to add your patented medicine or any other medicines that you normally prescribe other than the general list. This will be available only in your D Plus application and cannot be accessed by another user of the application.
A special provision has been made for documenting the doctor’s diagnostic and treatment decisions. This feature can further be used to make notes on treatment progress, upload photos or videos, investigative files and store research data for those doctors who are experimenting or researching on a particular topic or treatment protocol.
The future of D Plus is an addition of stock register and accounting software. This will mean that all your needs related to billing, accounting, tax related actions are all addressed at one go. The updated version of D Plus can be installed with minimum expense and can be customized to suit the specific needs of your hospital, clinic or factory.
